3. Use of Google User Data

When you connect your Google account, our app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope. This scope is used only to send emails from your Gmail account as part of user-initiated actions (e.g., follow-ups, proposals, campaign automation).

We do not read, modify, or access the content of your inbox. Emails sent through our app always appear in your Gmail "Sent" folder for transparency and user control. Google user data is not shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

Our use of Google user data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. TikTok Integration

Information We Access

If you choose to connect your TikTok account to KobotAI, we use TikTok's official OAuth authentication system ("Login Kit") to request permission to access limited information from your TikTok account.

Depending on the permissions granted, we may access:

  • Basic profile information (e.g., username, profile ID)
  • Authorization to publish video content to your TikTok account

We do not access private messages, followers, contacts, or other account data beyond the permissions explicitly approved by you.

How We Use TikTok Data

We use TikTok data solely to:

  • Display your connected TikTok account within KobotAI
  • Publish video content to your TikTok account when you explicitly initiate a publish action

We do not:

  • Automatically publish content without your action
  • Like, comment, follow, or engage with other accounts
  • Access analytics beyond approved scopes
  • Sell, rent, or share TikTok data with third parties

Data Storage and Security

Access tokens provided by TikTok are stored securely and used only to perform authorized publishing actions. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect access tokens and associated data from unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain TikTok access tokens only as long as your account remains connected to KobotAI. You may revoke access at any time by:

  • Disconnecting TikTok within your KobotAI dashboard, or
  • Revoking access via your TikTok account settings

Upon disconnection, we delete stored TikTok authorization data within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

KobotAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a third-party platform, and your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

5. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information with:
